Tibber’s House of Customer is on a quest to find an Invoicing Lead to take lead on our global invoicing.

Arbeidsoppgåver

This is the job...

Your main purpose will be to create the best invoicing process and make sure it runs smoothly globally. From start to finish. In all our current and future markets. That means collaborating with a lot of people both at Tibber and other stakeholders. You’ll team up with our Product Managers on technical invoicing functionalities facing our customers in the Tibber app. In close collaboration with our finance team you’ll take the lead on developing and improving an invoicing process that’s compliant, efficient and smooth for all those involved. You’ll be the invoicing champion internally, following up and communicating regarding key KPI’s as well as being the point of contact towards external stakeholders such as banks.

Even if you’ll not come to a blank piece of paper, we’re far from done! A big part of your role will be to create new and improve existing structures surrounding invoicing. You will also be leading a small team of one and with more colleagues to come! That means you will get the exciting opportunity to build your own team.

As our Invoicing Lead we believe you either have a broad finance or business background or perhaps previous experience as an invoicing manager/lead. For sure is that you navigate comfortably around finance topics and have a sharp analytical mindset. We believe you combine skills such as leading change with an improvement mindset to be able to challenge current processes and take the driver seat. To thrive at Tibber, we believe you enjoy taking initiatives and getting stuff done. Since you will be collaborating and responsible for all markets, we think you need to be fluent in English. We think this might be a great fit for you who have already started your journey as a lead or are ready to take the next step.
