As a Developer in EnoroCX Product development, you are an important resource which contributes to developing new functionalities and maintain existing functionalities, that gives our customers an advantage in the Nordic energy market.

There are currently major changes in the energy market and as a developer, you will make functionalities that support these changes.

The Role

As developer for one of the EnoroCX Product development team, you are part of a team that have the following roles: Architects, Developer, Product Owner, Consultant, Scrum Master, Tester, and you report to Team Manager. Our main goal is to deliver the best product to our customers and making Hansen Technologies a great place to work. You will receive regular feedback on your contribution to make a good team spirit, and your work for deliver robust functionalities to agreed time for our customers.

The role will be preferably based in any of our Nordic offices, like Oslo, Førde, Lillehammer, Dale, Stockholm, Østersund and Espoo. We offer also that in combination with a hybrid work from home model from any of our offices.

As a successful Developer, you will be expected to:

• Contribute together with the team in reaching agreed milestones and deliveries

• Have a quality mindset with test, review, and documentation
• Participating in the team’s ceremonies
• Be self-driven and like to have responsibility
• Eager to learn both business and technical competence, and take responsibility to share your knowledge with your colleagues
• Be an active member of the development team around the EnoroCX Retail product line
• Develop new functionality, following the standards we have implemented, and the customer needs
• Be a vital part of our modernization strategy, contributing to develop our product for the future, based on customer needs and technological advances
• Maintain existing functionality
• You like to have contact with Product Owners and Customers to ensure understanding of their requirements.
• You are a team-player and help the team with reach their goal

For these tasks, you ideally have a background within IT/Software (preferably in the energy industry) and Software Development, especially if you have experience with:

• Oracle PL/SQL and/or proficiency in:
• Microsoft .Net, C#, ASP.Net Core and ASP.Net MVC

If you have experience and knowledge within Billing & Ledger area, this is also highly relevant but not mandatory.

Do you understand and are curious about trends and new technology? And you like to translate technical problems to practical solutions?

Have a passion to learn and ability to adapt to change? You are a good communicator, not only fluent in Norwegian, but also English, at it is our company language?
