The role for you

We are looking for a proactive Lead UX Designer. The candidate should bring relevant experience in developing good customer-driven solutions.

The UX-designer role is a permanent, full-time time position, within the Architecture & Design department.

Through our EnoroCX product we are supporting customers in the Nordics and for this position, you can work from any of our Norwegian offices that are in Oslo, Lillehammer, Dale i Sunnfjord and Førde, or even in Sweden, combined working from home.

As a Lead UX Designer at Hansen Technologies you will:

• Describe and visualize user journeys in suitable tools
• Work with sketches, prototypes, and workflows together with stakeholders across products and teams
• Plan and carry out insight work to map user and business needs
• Gather user insights and facilitate workshops
• Take an active role in improving our design system, ensuring a consistent and good user experience
• Create and update style guides
• Contribute to user testing
• Work together with qualified domain experts within the Energy sector in the Nordics
• Collaborate with the different development teams ensuring a holistic and consolidated user experience of the products.
