The position is part of the sales team. Workplace will either be in our offices in Vik i Sogn, Media City Bergen or Spaces Calmeyersgate Oslo.
Arbeidsoppgåver
We are looking for a hybrid tech-sales person who can
- Act as a technical consultant to the customer and Highsoft Account Managers during presales activities
- Participate in sales calls to support the technical sales agenda and enhance the customer experience
- Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate the value and capabilities of Highcharts – from coding demos to proof of concept to implementation
- Develop and maintain product-specific sales materials in collaboration with Marketing
- Keep track of the advancements in the tech team, and provide product education to customers and Highsoft Account Managers
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers, including but not limited to technical contact person for Key Accounts
Kvalifikasjonskrav
- Experienced with JavaScript, multi-language experience is a plus
- Familiar with Node.js, React, Angular, Vue, and other modern web technologies
- Preferably a bachelor or master within information technology, development or similar. Experience can make up for lack of education
- Fluent Norwegian and English

- Strong technical background; i.e. “Coder gone sales rep”, with a commercial mindset
- Be secure in your knowledge and have the ability to answer questions and showcase the product on the spot
- Experienced in dealing with customers, particularly in the context of specification and discovery work
